There are two variants of our video meetings and when the meeting is booked, the organizer must choose whether it should be a regular Teams meeting or a SEFOS meeting (Jitsi). A SEFOS meeting uses its own server outside Microsoft's reach, which is important for more and more people. The recent debate emphasizes the importance of services delivered in Sweden, by Swedish companies with servers in Sweden.

The booking of the meeting goes as today, the calendar works like today but the organizer decides how each participant must identify themselves to be able to connect. The methods are numerous. It is also possible to send secure messages from Teams or Jitsi during the meeting.
